For all European countries for which shipping is available (Germany, England, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland), the delivery rates apply depending on the zone of your country, the type of delivery chosen, and the total value of your order as defined below.
It should be highlighted that for countries outside the European Union, VAT and customs charges may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility and cannot be charged to Maison Jeanne.
The delivery fee is 3€ for all countries members of the EU except for Denmark, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Norway, and Sweden.
For those countries and the countries outside the EU, the delivery fee is 5€. For the US, the delivery fee is 10€.

For the mail orders, which actually concern mainly the orders of the gift card Maison Jeanne, the delivery fee is 3€ for all countries.
There is no delivery fee applying to the orders with pick up in-store, whether it is in Lille or Lisbonne. The same applies to all e-gift cards received by email.
We thank you so much for your order. If however, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we have a simple and practical return procedure.
You have 14 days following receipt of your order to return your items in their original packaging, in their original condition, new, unworn and unwashed.

3/ Choose the number of the order you want to return and download your return slip
4/ Print your slip
5/ Mention the quantities returned per item and the corresponding justification code
The item(s) must fulfil the following conditions:
- be presented in their original condition, new and unworn.
- be labelled, including the 2 labels "marque MAISON JEANNE" and "ITEM RETURN"
- the return slip must be inserted in the parcel.

Once you have made the return request, we will provide you with the address where to return the item at your own expense.
If the parcel is lost, Maison Jeanne shall not be held responsible and shall not proceed with your request for an exchange or refund.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the receipt of your parcel.
